Jo is a highly experienced therapist of 23 years, that loves working with individuals and couples.
Jo offers counselling/psychotherapy as well as psychosexual therapy.
Jo works in an eclectic way, drawing from her mixed training background of both psychodynamic and cognitive behaviour, to tailor the therapy to the individuals/couples needs. Jo can help you achieve short and long term therapeutic goals.
Jo has over 10,000 hours experience of counselling people from a wide range of backgrounds.
Jo worked for 'Relate' for 14 years and ran her own practice for 10 years. Currently jo works as an associate therapist for an employee assisted scheme and works as an affiliate therapist for a healthcare provider.
Jo is a fully accredited member of COSRT and a member of BACP following their code of ethics for good practice.
