Terms and Conditions
1. Membership Fees and Payment
Membership fees are collected via Direct Debit. Payments are due on the 1st of each month or the start of each quarter, depending on your selected plan.
If a payment fails, your membership will be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully processed. An administration fee may apply for failed payments.
Memberships automatically renew each period and require at least 30 days' notice to cancel.
2. Membership Benefits
Members receive discounted rates for chiropractic care and access to exclusive offers.
Unused sessions will roll over to the next month or quarter but must be used within that following period.
Membership includes online booking and flexible scheduling, subject to appointment availability.
3. Session Availability and Booking
Appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
You may book, reschedule, or cancel appointments through our online booking system.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid cancellation fees.
Additional visits beyond your membership sessions can be booked at your discounted membership rate and scheduled online or through reception.
4. Termination or Suspension of Membership
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships due to non-payment or breaches of clinic policies.
If your membership is terminated, any unused sessions will be forfeited, and an early termination fee may apply.
5. Alterations to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the UK, and any disputes will be resolved under UK law.
