Gareth Slade

Gareth graduated in 2013 from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic and has accumulated over a decade of experience as a Chiropractor.  

 

Having played cricket to a high level and being an overall keen sportsman, he has a passion in treating sports related injuries, although his practice is diversified and Gareth treats people of all age groups and of all backgrounds. 

 

Gareth is also a qualified Musculoskeletal (MSK) Sonographer. In 2019, he completed a Postgraduate Diploma in MSK Diagnostic Ultrasound, which he obtained from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic. This qualification allows him to diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and enhances his ability to provide comprehensive care as a practitioner. He scans and teaches on a Wednesday at the University of South Wales, where he trains other health professionals on their Postgraduate certificate and diploma journeys. 

 

Outside of work, Gareth enjoys keeping fit by playing squash during the winter months and cricket during the summer months. 

 

Originally from Cardiff, he is fluent in Welsh and is currently learning French - he’s very proud of his 1,000+ day streak on Duolingo!
