New Patient Gift Voucher

Voucher details are handwritten on the reverse of the voucher.

If sending to yourself you will receive the gift voucher with the gift envelope unsealed together in a separate envelope.

If sent direct to recipient, the gift voucher will be sent sealed in the gift envelope directly to the recipient.

Size: A6 (105 x 148 mm)

• Expiry: Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher will expire and will not be eligible for use or extension.

• Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Once purchased, refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used vouchers.

• Transferable: Our gift vouchers are transferable. If you are unable to use your voucher, it may be given to another person within the validity period.

• Terms of Use: This voucher can be used toward any of our products or services, subject to availability. The value of the voucher must be used within the expiry period, and any remaining balance after the expiration date will be forfeited.

Shipping & Collection Policy

• Collect In Store: You are welcome to pick up your items directly from our clinic during business hours. Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you by phone or email for convenient collection.

• Delivery: We offer delivery for all orders placed through our clinic.

  We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days, with expected delivery in 3-5 business days.
