Cat, a co-founder of the Bristol Chiropractic Sports and Family Clinic, brings over 18 years of industry experience and a profound belief in the transformative power of chiropractic care for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.


Since 2006, Cat has been an integral part of the Bristol community, providing compassionate care to patients of all ages, helping them achieve their wellness goals.


Cat's vibrant and active lifestyle is evident in her personal pursuits. She has been playing hockey since the age of 11 and plays for a local club in Westbury on Trym. She has always loved watching football and cricket and is a huge fan of Nottingham Forest Football Club.


She is also mum of a busy and very active 2 year old girl, Georgia.
With a special focus on pregnancy, babies, and children, Cat's area of expertise lies in supporting these particular patient groups. Her dedication to this field shines through, and she is renowned for her gentle approach when working with children.


Her postgraduate pregnancy qualifications, which includes the Webster Certification, which focuses on helping pregnant women achieve balanced musculoskeletal health during their pregnancy (Further reading: Webster Certification.


Cat's commitment to the well-being of her patients, especially expectant mothers and young ones, drives her to provide exceptional care that nurtures their health and empowers them to thrive.


She also has a keen interest in nutrition and how musculoskeletal health is impacted by micro and macronutrients intake, this plays a part in Cat's treatment sessions if patients
wish to explore this a little more.
