Hip pain
Hips the most under appreciated area of the body. They are often the source of a lot of discomfort in the lower limb and lower back.
Your Chiropractor will be able to assess your hip and tell you why you're feeling pain. Not only this but because of how important your hip is to the body, your Chiropractor will often assess your lower back, knees, ankle and feet as well. The reason for this is that it is important to fully appreciate how your body is moving and supporting itself.
Treatment of the hip is a complicated and timely process, as the muscles here are built for endurance, once they are weak, it takes time to rebuild them.
The good news is that once you've had the right treatment for your hip, you often find you feel much better as it will have a knock on effect in helping your lower back, knees and ankles. So it is worth the effort and time you put in during the recovery.

You can waste lots of time trying to solve the problem occurring at the knee, when there is usually a lot more going on in the lower limb as a whole.

Ankle injuries may be from falling and/or twisting the ankle. However, another potential cause of ankle pain can also be as a result of a trapped nerve in the lower back referring pain to the ankle. A full examination with your Chiropractor can determine if this is the case.
