Max is passionate about football and golf—two sports that take up a lot of his time and conversation! He’s always looking for new challenges and loves staying active. Last year, he completed a Tough Mudder while raising money for Mind charity, pushing himself both mentally and physically.

 

A naturally social person, Max enjoys spending his weekends with friends and family, whether it’s through sport or relaxing at the pub.

His treatment style is adaptable to each client. Max has made big rugby players shed a tear, but also has a gentle, calming approach when needed—something clients quickly come to understand. He uses a broad range of techniques including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, and skin rolling, and is always looking to expand his skills to improve every visit.

Max’s interest in therapy began through his own experiences growing up playing sport at county and national level. He faced physical challenges due to a condition called pectus excavatum, which led to issues like shin splints and minor scoliosis. After receiving support from chiropractors, physios, and MSK specialists, Max was inspired to follow a similar path. Originally enrolled to become a paramedic, he soon changed course—knowing he’d found the right profession.
