Our day at 'The Bristol Running Show'

Bristol Running Show

Danny, Cat and Sarah from Bristol Chiropractic Sports and Family Clinic recently attended the Bristol Running Show at the BAWA Club in Filton. It was a really fun experience engaging with the running community and sharing our expertise with attendees.

Chiropractor Danny presented a talk on 'What Are You Not Training: How to Improve Performance.' - "The talk was well-received, and we were pleased to connect with individuals interested in learning more about running performance improvement and injury prevention"

One of the highlights of the event was meeting Rick from Up & Running in Westbury Park. Rick's insights on the latest running shoe technology were enlightening and will really help with our knowledge when referring for footwear.

Another positive outcome of our participation was building relationships with local running clubs. This allows us to explore potential partnerships and offer our services and expertise to support the running community. If your sports club would be interested in creating a relationship with the clinic or to have us come along and do a talk then let us know.

The event was a great opportunity for us to establish a presence in the running community and offer guidance and support.

Looking ahead, if possible, we would love to offer even more interactive experiences at future shows, such as guided exercise routines and post-run massages for outdoor event participants. These experiences would enhance the overall experience for attendees and provide them with practical takeaways to improve their running performance.

Our time at the Bristol Running Show was highly rewarding. We appreciate everyone who visited our booth and made the event a success. Especially organiser Abichal who was very supportive in getting everything ready.

Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to seeing you at future events. Stay tuned for updates on our clinic's offerings and events, and be sure to follow us on social media and our website for the latest news.
